Lumineers are a type of ultra-thin dental veneer, and are often an excellent alternative to traditional porcelain veneers and other cosmetic treatments. Lumineers can typically be completed in two dental appointments. The first appointment will consist of taking impressions and determining the correct shade of white for your Lumineers. The mold will then be sent to the DenMat lab where your Lumineers will be created. You will then return to our office for the Lumineers to be placed and bonded to your teeth.

Because Lumineers are so thin, little to no tooth preparation is necessary. This means that more of your natural tooth structure is preserved and that the application of your Lumineers will be very comfortable. You should not experience any sensitivity or discomfort following placement, either, as your Lumineers are designed to be comfortable and functional from the moment they are placed on your teeth.

Lumineers come with a five-year warranty, and have been known to last for up to 20 years.
